Starting April 1st, 2026, this 18-month program begins with a 6-month assignment at Urbasolar’s headquarters in Montpellier, followed by two additional assignments chosen by you. Upon completion, there’s an opportunity for a permanent position.

What you will do:
You will start your Graduate Program with a 1rst 6-months assignment as an Engineer fully integrated in the expert teams within the Division of Operation of Urbasolar: 

Support the analysis and structuring of O&M costs and pricing to enhance financial visibility, market comparability, and the quality of business plans. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify and analyze end-to-end costs related to problematic topics, highlighting financial impacts and potential remediation actions. 

• Support the development of O&M pricing, including price validity conditions, service execution criteria, and operational prerequisites. 

• Analyze the cost structure of the O&M contractor (fixed, variable, and recharged costs) and compare it with the SPV’s direct costs. 

• Conduct market benchmarks on O&M costs and practices. 

• Contribute to the structuring of a Business Plan, covering all O&M components (excluding taxes), financing assumptions, and energy market assumptions. 

• Analyze actual expenditures versus budget per plant and identify key drivers of variances

• A completed master’s degree from a renowned engineering school

• First professional experience through internships or apprenticeships.

• Enthusiasm for technical topics in renewable energy.

• Proficiency in English and French (C1 level).

• Passion for networking and collaborating with diverse teams.

• A highly communicative and team-oriented personality.
